New Years!
So in a few days it will be 2014, and unfortunately I will be working so won't be 'celebrating' by getting crazily drunk like most of you. However I am excited for the new year and I am hoping it brings me lots of nice things. I will be turning 20 in January and it will be mine and Dave's two year anniversary in April, so I am excited for those. But apart from those, I am hoping to be the best me I can be. I would like to lose half a stone, and tone up. I want to start eating healthier and get myself into a sensible sleep routine. I am also hoping to find a full time job and save up for a holiday in the summer to see my family in Spain. I am also hoping to pass my driving test and save up for a car. And finally, I would like to be more organised and tidy.
So these are my 'New Years Resolutions' let me know what you are hoping to do more or less of!

SALES.
Just the word excited me, all the things I would usually buy at a cheaper price, heavenly right? Well, sometimes not.
I had been looking at the Rimmel Space dust nail polish for a few weeks, and I on Friday I thought I would brave the sales. So at £3.99 a bottle I thought that it was decently prices, but with the Rimmel name it would still be good. I saw it advertised on a break during Made in Chelsea and it looked well worth the £3.99. I went all out and bought 3 of the colours, the 3 for 2 offer was on so I couldn't buy just one! I bought 004 Luna Love, 005 Total Eclipse and 006 Moon Walking.
Luna Lust is a bright pink, Total Eclipse is a deep green and Moon Walking is a silvery purple, and they all have a glitter to them, however the problem I have found with them is they need a few coats before it looks nice, which I don't like in a nail varnish, although for £3.99 can I really complain?
I also bought a nail pearls set from claires which was £2.50 down from £5.50 as I had wanted to try them out but never got round to buying them. It doesn't say what colour it is but it is just a mix of all of them really. I wanted the black one but they didn't have any in stock when I went in, so I am going to try this set and if they actually stay on and look nice I may have to purchase some more!
On this shopping trip I also bought some clothes, a cushion with a clock on it, a new make up bag and some DVD's which I will put into a video super soon.

'Good Cheap Makeup' vlog.
So some of you may have seen my latest video about good cheap make up, if you haven't I will leave a link at the bottom of this post.
So I thought I would write up all the products I mentioned, where I got them from and how much they cost. I mentioned most of it in my video but for those of you that don't want to stare at my face for 5 minutes, I thought I would write it down for you! Some of the prices may be wrong as I have a terrible memory, but it was around that price range.

The Juice Detox.
So, basically.
I am the fussiest eater you will ever meet, and I can't go on any actual diets because I don't like most of the foods, and before I started juicing I didn't like the sound of a 'detox'. No food for days/weeks, what?!
So I did a kind of juice detox, I had one meal a day and two or three glasses of juice a day. I made my own juice with all kind of fruits and vegetables, mixed and matched and found really odd things tasted amazing together! I ended up losing about half a stone, when in reality I just did it to clear my skin up, which it did amazingly as well! So in January I am going to do the juice detox without food, I haven't decided for how long yet, probably 3-8 days, depending on how I feel while doing it. The odd thing was when I did it, when I finished I was like 'YES PIZZA GET IN MY BELLY' and I had one slice and felt so sick, the grease and just everything about it made me feel sick and I was craving fruit and veg, which is obviously a good thing.
The only downside to this detox/diet, minus the fact you can't eat yummy food like pizza and chocolate, is the money side of it. fruit and veg is SO expensive, but you can get it cheaper, if you look around different grocers and supermarkets you will find different things cheaper, it is more hassle but if you are doing it for a week or so you might as well bulk buy, and some grocers will give you a discount if you do this!
So there is my take on the juice diet, well MY juice diet which I really really enjoyed. I wouldn't do it for severe weight loss, but if you just want to lose a few pounds, boost your energy, clean your skin up and just feel a lot better in yourself, then try this out and let me know how you did!

So as promised, I have created a blog. I am going to try to update as much as possible, but any of you that watch my Vlogs will know how terrible I am!
This blog will be about my life and daily activities as well as beauty and fashion. I tend to talk a lot about cheaper brands that I find really good to help people save money as I do look around for bargains and try different brands outs!
